TRUCK-IN FEES

HOURLY SESSIONS

This gives you access to the whole Facility: Indoor/Outdoor Arenas, Round Pen, Toilet, Shower, Washing Machine/Dryer, 12' x 12' Enclosed Wash Stall with hot/cold water, and any Equipment owned by the Facility (ie Hunter Jumper/Dressage etc.).

TRUCK-IN'S IN BY THE HOUR

ITEM 1: ONE HOUR SESSION $25 $100 $150

ITEM 2: TWO HOUR SESSION $40 $150 $200

ITEM 3. THREE HOUR SESSION $50 $175 $275

You have the Option to pre-purchase any of the above items on a BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE basis, no combining of ITEMS (ie if you purchase four ITEM 3'S and Get one Item 3 Free, you must use it as a single visit in 1 Session lasting up to three hours etc.). All Visits must be used within normal posted business hours, and must be used within 1 year of purchase date, at which time, the unused Session(s) expire. Should you not use all of the Sessions you purchased, you will be allowed to purchase a One Time Extension for the Greater of $25 or any applicable price increases to the Session(s) you originally purchased. This Extension will expire two years from the date you originally pre-purchased your Sessions. All pre-purchased sessions are non-transferrable (valid only for use by the Person named on the Pre-Purchased Sessions Agreement on date of purchase). All fees are Non-Refundable.

TEACHER/STUDENT(S) SINGLE VISIT SPECIAL RATES

These Single Visit Rates are a Special Offer to Teachers for the sole purpose of Lessons. This Fee is Applicable to all Teachers giving Lessons at the Facility weather or not the Teacher is Boarding at the Facility.

ITEM 2TS: 1 HOUR SEMI-PRIVATE SESSION(2 Students) $35

ITEM 3TS: 1 HOUR GROUP SESSION (3 OR MORE STUDENTS) Price Per Student $15

You have the Option to pre-purchase any of the above items on a BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE basis, no combining of ITEMS (ie if you purchase four ITEM 3TS'S with 3 Students, and Get one ITEM 3TS with 3 Students Free, you must use it as a single visit in a 1 Hour Session with no more than 3 Students). All Visits must be used within normal posted business hours, and must be used within 1 year of purchase date, at which time, the unused Session(s) expires. Should you not use all of the Sessions you purchased, you will be allowed to purchase a One Time Extension at the Greater of $10 or any applicable price increases to the Session(s) you originally purchased. This extension will expire two years from the date you originally pre-purchased your Sessions. All pre-purchased sessions are non-transferrable (valid only for use by the Person named on the Pre-Purchased Sessions Agreement on date of purchase). All fees are Non-Refundable.

ANNUAL ALL DAY VISIT MEMBERSHIP PACKAGES

These memberships are without daily time constraints (i.e. you will have full access to entire Facility for the entire day of your Visit, for each Visit you purchase).

BRONZE PACKAGE - Twelve Visits $350

SILVER PACKAGE - Twenty Four Visits $600

GOLD PACKAGE - Fifty Two Visits $1,000

PLATINUM PACKAGE - Unlimited Visits $1,500

You have the Option to BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE. There is no combining of PACKAGES with this BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE Option(i.e. You must purchase four like kind PACKAGES to get one of the same PACKAGES FREE (BUY FOUR SILVER PACKAGES, get one SILVER PACKAGE Free)). This could be a great opportunity for Family Members, Friends, or Students of Teachers, to get together and save. In this BUY FOUR GET ONE FREE offer, each of the five PACKAGE’S will have a single Member named in the Agreement upon the date the PACKAGE is purchased. Once a person is named in the Agreement for a PACKAGE, it is non-transferable to any other person.

All Visits must be within normal posted business hours, and must be used within 1 year of purchase date, at which time, the Membership Expires. Should you not use up all of the Visits you purchased, you will be allowed to purchase a ONE TIME EXTENSION at the Greater of $50 or any applicable price increases to the PACKAGE you originally purchased. This extension will expire two years from the date you originally purchased the membership PACKAGE (THIS EXTENSION OFFER EXCLUDES THE PLATINUM PACKAGE ). All Memberships are non-transferrable (valid only for use by the Person named on the Annual Multiple Visit Single Person) All fees are Non-Refundable.

NOTES

As you are aware, from time to time, the Facilities could become quite busy. THIS IS NOT A REQUREMENT BUT SIMPLY A FRIENDLY REQUEST: If you are planning a visit/session, and have time limitations, and/or facility space requirements to meet that could be otherwise difficult to achieve on a busy day at the Arena; Bunker Hill Stables, Inc. requests that all persons fitting this need (Boarders, Teachers, Trainers, Truck-Ins, Students Etc.), let us know what it is you are planning to do, and when you plan to come for this special visit/session at least one week in advance of your planned special visit/session. We will then post your special visit/session at the Facility on a Scheduling Board, we will also try our best to post these Visits on this Website. This will aid in planning for a fun, timely, productive day, and help to alleviate frustrations & disappointments for all.

In addition, from time to time, an event such as a Horse Show, Clinic, Grand Opening etc. will be scheduled. We, at Bunker Hill Stables, Inc are reserving the right to restrict the usage of certain Areas/Portions of the Facility, as needed during such events. These events will be posted at the Facility, and on this Website no later then two weeks prior to the scheduled day of the event.
